A new organization has Personal free for 30 days, without a card. Choose a plan before it ends to keep going; if you don’t, everything stays readable but nothing new runs until you do.

Yes, on Team (€8.00 per person a month, excl. VAT) and Business (€6.00 per person a month, excl. VAT). Owners add extra people under Billing and invoices: the rest of the period is paid now, pro rata, and the subscription includes them from the next renewal. Fewer extra people take effect at the renewal.

Yes. In the app, open the account menu → Request a flow, describe the journeys and where they should run, and we send a quote. Accepting it is an order; we invoice it separately from your plan.

Yes: a year costs ten months, so two months are free. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.

A run you start by hand, and each flow a deploy check runs. Runs from monitoring don’t count towards the monthly number; the plan limits how many flows are monitored and how often.

Drawing or redrawing a flow, “Help me” and “Explain this failure”, when Claude answers them. Past the plan’s allowance, or the organization’s rate limit, the rules engine answers instead; nothing is charged extra.

On the first day of each month, at midnight UTC. Deleting a project doesn’t give runs back.

The action is refused with a message saying what was used and when the count starts again. Nothing is charged extra.

A smaller plan can be chosen once everything fits in it. If you have more projects, people or monitored flows than it allows, or monitors that run more often, Billing and invoices lists what to remove first; nothing is removed for you. The switch then happens at the renewal, and until then nothing can be added that the smaller plan wouldn’t fit.

An upgrade applies at once: you pay the difference for the rest of the period, then the new price from the next renewal. A downgrade or a switch between monthly and yearly starts at the next renewal.

Every payment gets a VAT invoice by email, and owners download them as PDF under Billing and invoices. Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number get invoices with the VAT reverse-charged; private persons pay the VAT of their own EU country.

Yes. Choose “A private person” in the billing details: prices then include VAT, and you can withdraw within 14 days of first paying for a plan. You get back the price minus the days you used, with a credit note.

An owner cancels under Organization → Billing and invoices. The plan runs until the end of the period that was paid for, and can be resumed until then.
