Change the payment method
The subscription charges the payment method on file at every renewal.
Open Billing and invoices and choose Change payment method.
Pay €0.01 with the new card or account. It’s refunded straight away.
The next renewals use the new method.
A renewal that failed
When a renewal doesn’t go through, the organization keeps its plan until a deadline, and owners can pay it now under Billing and invoices with the same or another method.
