Run flows after every deploy

1. Open Manage environments… → the environment → Deploy hook, choose the flows, and copy the hook’s token.

2. Add a step to your pipeline that calls the hook with the token after deploying, and polls the status address it answers with.

3. On GitHub, the check can also set a commit status on the deployed commit.

Usage

Deploy check runs count towards your plan’s flow runs, like runs started by hand.
