Hand over ownership of an organization
Owners decide on billing and can delete the organization, so there is always at least one.
Open the organization’s People. Next to a member who has joined, choose Make owner, or Hand over ownership to make them owner and yourself admin at once.
Every owner gets an email when owners change.
Is the only owner gone and nobody can act? Contact support: the people who run Journey Lanes can make an existing member owner, and record why.
