Steps lost their endpoint after a rescan
After a rescan or refresh, every step is checked against the new catalog.
Steps on endpoints that moved under a new prefix follow them, when the new path is unique. The notice says how many moved.
Steps whose endpoint is gone are marked as not backed by your code. Open the step and pick the endpoint it should call now.
Projects that rescan daily send an API change alert when steps of monitored flows lose their endpoint.
